"There is a woman there who is very disrespectful and shouldn`t be answering the phone with that kind of attitude. They raise their prices every month to something different and blame inflation and tariffs but when you call other insurance companies there is no such thing as this. will be moving over to Geico. the price gauging is unethical and they are ripping us off. should call the office of inspector general and put a complaint in. absolutely a nightmare. they will say that they don`t adjust the rates but they use the excuse of inflation and the tariffs which is complete BS. ripping people off isn`t good at all."

"Just a suggestion that you quotations provided in the final policy you buy are very different pricing wise and that should not happen. Once a quotation is given at least that should be honored for one year and subsequent years would depend on several factors and of course have some normal increases. Also if there is some sort of accidental claim, it's very difficult to get settled and is closed quickly by State Farm without settling and that is also unsettling"
