"When someone is going to a big company for insurance because of a supposedly better deal than their current insurance they have and save some money, and I sign the insurance cancelation request and am told they'll cancel my old insurance and told me to wait for my refundable, Why is it after 6 months I find out my old policy is still active and that I was covered by two insurance at the time? And when I speak to this insurance the only thing the sales representative could say is sorry and the manager with absolute disrespect and a terrible attitude acting like I didn't pay money and have her newspaper instead for insurance that costs hundreds of dollars and proceeds to tell me this is not their problem and I should take it with my old insurance. I don't see the issue is my old insurance if they were unaware of the situation. But it's my fault, if an insurance is constantly begging you to join them you know they are cheap and disgusting. They're nice when you get a quote and sign, but after that they are completely different and terribly customer service. I can't even tell if this is a problem with just this office or state farm itself."
